After years of practical use, fluorine-lined valves have been used in anti-corrosion pipelines. The materials and advanced manufacturing process methods are the quality assurance of fluorine-lined ball valve products. So do you know how to use and operate fluorine-lined valves?

The operation method of fluorine-lined valves is as follows

1) The opening and closing direction during Sanitary Valve operation should be closed clockwise.

2) Since the fluorine-lined ball valves in the pipeline network are often opened and closed manually, the number of opening and closing revolutions should not be too many, and even large-diameter valves should be within 200-600 revolutions.

3) In order to facilitate the opening and closing operation of one person, under the pipeline working pressure condition, the maximum opening and closing torque should be 240N-m.

4) The opening and closing operation end of the fluorine-lined valve should be a square tenon, with standardized size, and facing the ground so that people can operate directly from the ground. Fluorine-lined ball valves with wheels are not suitable for underground pipelines.
5) Display panel for the opening and closing degree of fluorine-lined valves:
① The scale lines for the opening and closing degree of fluorine-lined valves should be cast on the gearbox cover or on the outer shell of the display panel after the direction is changed. They should all face the ground and be painted with fluorescent powder to make them eye-catching;
② The material of the indicator needle can be stainless steel plate under good management, otherwise it should be painted steel plate. Do not use aluminum sheet;
③ The indicator needle is eye-catching and firmly fixed. Once the opening and closing adjustment is accurate, it should be locked with rivets.
Fluorine-lined ball valves are made of standardized sizes, especially the pipes and pipe fittings used in the pipeline have strong interchangeability
