Sanitary Butterfly Valve Inspection
1. Strictly follow the requirements of the latest version of GB/T13927 "General Valve Pressure Test."
2. Sanitary Butterfly Valve must undergo rigorous visual inspection and pressure testing before leaving the factory.
3. Shell Test: The test pressure must be at least 1.5 times the valve's maximum allowable working pressure.
During the test, there must be no structural damage, visible droplets, surface moisture, or visible leakage through the valve shell or any body connection.
4. Seal Test: The test pressure must be at least 1.1 times the valve's maximum allowable working pressure.
During the test, no visible liquid must pass through the disc, the back of the seat, or the contact surface with the body.
