So do you know what factors should be paid attention to in the service life of stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valve?
1. If the valve is cleaned, the solvent used should not conflict with the accessories to be cleaned and should not corrode. If it is a valve for gas, it can be cleaned with gasoline. Other parts can generally be cleaned with reclaimed water.
2. When the valve is closed, some medium still remains in the valve body and is also under pressure. Before inspecting the valve, close the shut-off valve in front of the valve, open the valve to be inspected, and release the internal pressure of the valve body.
3. Generally, soft-sealed valves use tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as the sealing material, and the sealing surface of hard-sealed valves is made of metal surfacing. If the pipeline valve needs to be cleaned, be careful to prevent damage to the sealing ring and leakage during disassembly.
4. When disassembling and assembling, the bolts and nuts on the flange should be fixed first, then all nuts should be tightened slightly, and then fixed firmly. If you forcefully fix some nuts first and then fix other nuts, the flange surfaces will be unevenly loaded, causing the gasket surface to be damaged or broken.

5. Before use, clean the pipes and the flow-through parts of the valve body with water to prevent residual iron filings and other debris from entering the valve body cavity.

When cleaning the stainless steel pneumatic angle seat valve, clean the remaining dust, oil and other attachments. If it cannot be cleaned with clean water, you can use alcohol or other cleaning agents to clean it without damaging the valve body and parts.
