4. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of the pipe section of the same length.

6. Easy to operate, quick opening and closing, only need to rotate 90° from full open to full closed.

7. Easy maintenance, the ball valve has a simple structure, the sealing ring is generally movable, and it is convenient to disassemble and replace.

8. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium, and the medium will not cause erosion on the valve sealing surface when passing through.

There is no way to use ordinary industrial ball valves in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry and other fields with high standards for hygiene. The materials of ordinary industrial ball valves, such as cast iron or cast copper, will rust and cause pollution after time. These industries that have direct contact with the human body and eat cannot use ordinary ball valves.
