Sanitary Ball Valve Overview
Widely used in: chemical, petrochemical, petroleum, papermaking, mining, electricity, liquefied gas, food, pharmaceutical, water supply and drainage, municipal administration, mechanical equipment supporting, electronic industry, urban construction and other fields. [Ball valve] Features: (1) Low fluid resistance. Full-diameter ball valves have basically no flow resistance. (2) Simple structure, small size, and light weight. (3) Tight and reliable. It has two sealing surfaces, and the sealing surface materials of ball valves are currently widely used in various plastics, with good sealing performance and can achieve complete sealing. It has also been widely used in vacuum systems. (4) Easy to operate and open and close quickly. From fully open to fully closed, it only needs to rotate 90°, which is convenient for remote control. (5) Easy to maintain. The Sanitary Ball Valve has a simple structure and the sealing ring is generally movable, which is relatively easy to disassemble and replace. (6) When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball and the valve seat is isolated from the medium. When the medium passes through, it will not cause erosion of the valve sealing surface. (7) Wide range of applications, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and can be used from high vacuum to high pressure. (8) Because ball valves have a wiping effect during opening and closing, they can be used in media with suspended solid particles.
