Sanitary Ball Valve structural features are:

1. Pneumatic actuator: The new series GT pneumatic actuator is adopted, which has double-acting and single-acting types (spring reset), gear rack transmission, safe and reliable; large-diameter valves adopt the series HAW pneumatic actuator fork transmission, which has reasonable structure and large output torque, and has double-acting and single-acting types (spring reset);

2. * Valve seat sealing structure:

Floating ball valve adopts lip-type elastic sealing ring structure design to ensure the reliability of sealing, for low pressure, ultra-low pressure or vacuum; normal use ball valve adopts leaf spring loaded valve seat sealing structure, which can ensure long-term reliable sealing of ball valve. The valve seat material of medium and high temperature ball valve can be selected from para-polystyrene or metal material. Fixed ball valve selects ball front sealing structure, ball rear sealing structure or front and rear double sealing structure according to the pressure, medium properties and sealing requirements. The valve seat material of medium and high temperature ball valve can be selected from para-polystyrene or metal material. 3. Blockage and drainage: When the valve is in the closed state, the valve seats on the upstream and downstream sides block the liquid, and the stagnation in the valve body cavity can be drained through the drainage device.

4. Reliable sealing of the valve stem: The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with a reverse seal. The sealing force of the reverse seal increases with the increase of the medium pressure, so it can ensure the reliable sealing of the valve stem. Moreover, when the valve stem is abnormally pressurized, the valve stem will not spray out.

5. Fireproof structure: According to the working conditions and user needs, the ball valve can be designed as a fireproof structure. The fire-resistant design of the ball valve implements the provisions of API607 and JB/T6899 and other standards. Once a fire occurs and the soft sealing ring is burned, the fireproof structure of the ball valve can prevent a large amount of medium leakage and prevent the further expansion of the fire.

6. Anti-static structure: When operating the valve, due to the friction between the ball and the valve seat, a static charge will be generated and accumulated on the ball. In order to prevent the generation of static sparks, an electrostatic device is specially set on the valve to conduct the charge accumulated on the ball.
