Sanitary Valve in modern industrial production, the flow of media is controlled and distributed. Because the application of regulating valves is very extensive, there are many reasons for the damage of the valve seal ring.

1. Surface fatigue wear; fatigue cracks are produced on the surface or lower layer of the sealing surface due to wear, making the surface no longer smooth, and eventually causing damage to the sealing surface.

2. Erosion material damage; damage caused by long-term impact of sharp particles or particles on the sealing surface.

3. Abrasive wear; the surface wear caused by contact between hard materials and the sealing ring surface.

4. Abrasive wear; due to the oxides produced after the corrosion of the sealing ring surface, the impact and touch of the material fall off, which deepens the surface corrosion.

The above reasons for the damage to the surface of the sealing ring are from the perspective of contact friction. In addition, the cause of damage can be found according to the stress of the sealing surface, corrosive media, etc.
